Gary Crouch, Advisory Board Member of The Bridge, is excited about the development. “There are many avenues where small business owners can seek assistance, but many of these are limited in time and scope. In a space like The Bridge, the creative owner can get feedback, ideas, and suggestions on a daily basis as long as she chooses to participate. What a great way for Tulsa’s entrepreneurs to grow even stronger. I purchased my first business at the age of 25, so I know about many of the challenges they are facing and look forward to seeing them succeed.”
One of the main catalysts for creating The Bridge was a need for a collaborative community of creative entrepreneurs. Our goal is simple in the end: to help our citizens grow their businesses through networking, education, and unique experiences. A full schedule of speakers will come in to further education and assist with strategic planning, teaching sales skills, and tailoring the keys to marketing.
Advisory board member, Daniel Blaho, is proud of the space and excited to build upon it. “This space will be a spot where businesses are born, partnerships are made, entrepreneurship will flourish, and people can come to grow and succeed. Entrepreneurs need feedback, education and support; they will find all of those at this creative-centric space. Working alongside other creative people is one of my favorite things to do in this world. I cannot wait to see what awesome ideas come out of this place. Working here will be a huge step for not only my business but many others’.”
The Bridge will host many activities and events; most of which, will be open to the public. We will host networking events, art shows, guest speakers, and more. A full calendar of events will be released this fall.
Tina Crouch, Advisory Board Member, is eager to be on the board of The Bridge after previous coworking experience. “I had a great internship with a startup working out of TechHub London, and fell in love with the coworking atmosphere. Being surrounded by other entrepreneurs gives you the best opportunities for collaboration, finding great partnerships, and staying motivated. I want to be a part of shaping that kind of culture in Tulsa as I grow my business.”
While the intangible amenities of The Bridge will be apparent to anyone working there or visiting, the space will also be jam packed with awesome features. It will have a collaborative main, open space with big work tables, coffee bar, lockers, a kitchenette, multiple TVs with presentation equipment, mail service, a formal board room, a whiteboard covered strategy room, training facilities, and more. The Bridge will cater to a variety of work styles, which includes dedicated tiered citizenship plans for those who want to spend their entire work week in the space, to those who only need a table or meeting room a day or two per week.
